Hopefully you will find what you need regarding what's happening in our classes right now.  We will try to update regularly, but always email either of us if you need additional information.  Find specific assignments under the homework link. 

English 11

      General Information:  We have finished our midterms and have begun our third independent reading project.  The link to the handout describing project choices is available here.  Students have selected a book of their choice from the high school library or have one from home.  They must submit weekly reading checks summarizing the book and the various literary elements.  We are in the midst of our poetry unit.  Students are responsible for knowing the poetry terms that we are using to analyze different poems.                   

                       English 10                              

      General Information:  We are reading The Pearl as a class and then we will  move onto our extensive poetry unit.
